Innovative University of Eurasia – is a consortium, the operation of which is designed to solve the problems of continuity of education.

Continuing professional education is enshrined in Article 3 of the number of Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education".

State Program of Education Development in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2005-2010, approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 11, 2004 number 1459, is determined to ensure the continuity of educational levels on the content and duration of training.

The problem of continuity of educational programs as a factor in increasing the efficiency of the training of professionals requires harmonization of general, general engineering, special subjects and all of the industrial activities in a single, integrated package to prepare young people for equal participation in the world of employment and employability. The solution to this problem reflects the problems of complete pedagogical process of preparation of highly qualified professional for the modern high-tech industries and for maintain the level of his professionalism throughout working life.

In the structure of Innovative University of Eurasia present all levels of professional education, approved by the Law "On education" of our Republic: secondary, primary vocational education, secondary, tertiary, post-graduate and additional. This model reproduces in miniature the whole system of vocational education in the region. In one school industrial complex, students have the opportunity to receive education under the scheme: vocational school - college - university - master.

Continuity of educational programs in the system acts as a liaison between all levels of education, and includes essential features such as a sequence of educational work in which each subsequent link of continuing consolidation, expansion, complexity, knowledge, abilities and skills that make up the content of the training activities at the present stage.

A new classification of professions and specialties has cross-cutting nature, which makes it possible to integrate different levels of professional education.

The student is easier to adapt in a single institution and is growing much more efficient as a specialist. A significant advantage is the reduction of the period of study.
